Ladunia Residence is a holiday resort located on a small promontory overlooking Marinella Bay, surrounded by a beautiful park. The residence is strategically located for exploring Costa Smeralda and its most characteristic places such as Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Portisco, and Golfo Aranci.
Olbia is just 12 km away, and the port and airport are about 15 minutes away.
For sports lovers: Two tennis courts and a five-a-side football field are available. There's also an equipped playground for children. Breakfast, lunch, or aperitif available at the bar on the square with sea view.
Security: The resort is supervised year-round by a caretaker, and from June to September, a security team watches over it 24 hours a day.
